Today, Hallwatch pieces are prized by vintage collectors for their Art Deco styling, jeweled movements, and historical charm, often fetching $100–$500 at auction depending on condition. Origins and Founding (1920s)•  The Hoffman Watch Company Connection: Hallwatch emerged from the Hoffman Watch Co., established around 1924 in New York with a manufacturing arm in Bienne, Switzerland. This transatlantic setup was common for the time, allowing Swiss precision engineering to be imported and branded for the U.S. market. The company’s trademarks, including “Hoffman” and related marks, were officially registered in 1924 and 1925.
